No phone number, no direct email in case of emergencies. It took me almost 25 minutes of searching, answering question before I got access to a email form to send to them. That's what really annoyed me was it seemed impossible to get through to them and I'm pretty computer literate so my heart goes out to those not with my experience in finding answers online.
